Tony Marks is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with the State of California, who has over 19 years of appraisal experience in the northern bay-area counties of Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Solano. Tony is an SRA designated member with the Appraisal Institute (AI), an IFA designated member with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA), and has been an approved appraiser with the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) since 1995. Tony performs valuations and consulting on all types of residential real estate for many different uses, including estates, trusts, divorce, corporate relocation, property tax appeals and loans. Regular clients include banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers, attorneys, corporate relocation companies, realtors, government entities, accountants and private parties.
